At Lectric eBikes®, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your ride, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all new and unused eBikes. Please ensure all original packaging is retained to facilitate a smooth return process and qualify for a full refund.

Submit a Request

Contact our dedicated customer support team within 14 days of delivery to initiate your return authorization and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the eBike

Carefully repackage your eBike in its original box with all components, including the battery, charger, keys, and toolkit, ensuring the odometer reads fewer than 10 miles.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for a nominal return shipping fee.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for damage or wear, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
