Most in-stock bikes ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do I need to assemble the bike myself?
Lectric eBikes are designed to arrive nearly fully assembled. You will simply need to unfold the bike, install the pedals, and perform a quick safety check before your first ride.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for bikes in new and unused condition. Please note that return shipping fees may apply and the original packaging must be used.
How far can I go on a single charge?
Range varies by model and riding conditions, but most of our bikes offer between 25 to 65 miles of range depending on weight, terrain, and the level of pedal assist used.
